This information will help us to accurately diagnose your condition and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. If necessary, we may also discuss medication options during this visit.
Follow up Psychiatric visit
30 mins | $200
A comprehensive visit to assess your overall quality of life, lifestyle, and any mental health symptoms you may be experiencing. During this visit, we might update your treatment plan to better suit your needs.
Cancellation or No-Show Fees
$125
If you miss your appointment without giving 24 hours' notice, you will be charged for the time reserved for you. To avoid this fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance using your Patient Portal. This helps us offer the time to someone else.
$50
Requests for medication refills outside of a scheduled appointment are subject to individual evaluation, record review, decision making, and time spend for communication and documentation. Therefore, a $50 fee will be charged if the refill is approved.
